Year Ledger is a fictional stationery brand built as a redesigned hardcover desk diary / planner lifestyle poster: linen desk warmth with navy cloth Year Ledger diary, gold foil mark, and open date grid — never the reference trademark, Plan Soft / Year Clear slogans, real doctor names, phones, emails, QR codes, Instagram handles, or studio watermarks. We staged the diary as the visual center, then floated fountain pen, dried eucalyptus, brass clip, wax seal stamp, coffee saucer scrap outside the book with exterior badges for Desk Diary, Ribbon Bound, and Daily Pages so the collection tile reads as Colgate-style enriched lifestyle stationery theatre.

Problem statement

Stationery boards often lock real trademarks into portfolio decks or collapse into barren white crops. The brief needed an original fictional brand, redesigned hardcover desk diary, and a square 1080 enriched lifestyle poster with floating props and external typography distinct from Soft/Clear batch templates.

Solution

We invented Year Ledger, rebuilt hierarchy around YEAR LEDGER → Map The Year → Pages with purpose, and validated an exactly 1080×1080 enriched lifestyle poster with floating desk props and Desk Diary / Ribbon Bound / Daily Pages margin callouts.
