Voxrail Clip-Bar Speaker

Voxrail Clip-Bar Speaker

Tall white clip-on speaker carton with matte black rail prop, tablet silhouette, and sound-wave lifestyle theatre.

Client Voxrail

Description

Voxrail is a fictional portable-audio house for the Clip-Bar Wireless Speaker — a matte black cylindrical rail that grips tablet and laptop edges. We redesigned a tall white retail carton with an original Voxrail wordmark, in-use hero photography on the front panel, and a side profile dieline — not a carbon audio or Zooka clone — then staged the physical speaker prop, generic tablet silhouette, USB cable, and sound-wave accents outside the pack so the collection tile reads as minimal tech retail theatre, distinct from gaming controller cartons and LED bulb packaging neighbours.

Design storytelling

From brief to designed solution

Minimal white carton + matte black rail as the aisle signal: wordmark → Clip-Bar Wireless Speaker → in-use tablet clip photo on front, vertical profile on side. Outside the dieline, coiled cable, tablet silhouette, volume badges, and thin poster lines — CLIP ON. PLAY LOUD., 360° SOUND, 12HR BATTERY, UNIVERSAL CLIP FIT — keep Colgate-style lifestyle storytelling off the packs without third-party Works-with marks or Bluetooth trademark lockups.

Clip-on speaker retail boards often clone tall white cartons with real-brand Works-with badges and trademark Bluetooth logos, or collapse into bare pack-on-white shots that lose the product-in-use story. The brief needed an original fictional audio brand, redesigned tall carton + matte black rail prop, and a square enriched lifestyle poster with subtle tech props and external typography — clearly distinct from controller duos and bulb packaging.

We invented Voxrail, rebuilt hierarchy around rounded-square wave mark → voxrail → Clip-Bar Wireless Speaker → in-use clip photo / side profile, and validated an exactly 1080×1080 enriched lifestyle packshot: floating tablet silhouette, cable, sound-wave accents, and margin callouts outside the pack. Packaging and electronics tags mark the work for collection filters; no carbon audio, Zooka, or Apple compatibility marks appear in copy or artwork.
