Teal Nest is a fictional nursery soft-care house for Soft Soft Pants: a redesigned teal retail carton with TEAL NEST wordmark and Soft Soft Pants hierarchy — never Pampers Premium Care logos or hard leak-lock medical chrome. Soft soft campaign energy stays as exterior storytelling. We staged the carton as hero on aqua cloud-soft ground, then floated cotton boll, soft pant fold, gold ring cue, and eucalyptus outside with exterior badges for Soft Soft Inside, Soft Soft Outside, and Soft Soft Everywhere. Soft baby-care claims only — no watermarks, phones, emails, QR, or ORDER NOW.

Problem statement

Diaper campaign boards often lock Pampers into portfolio decks. The brief needed an original fictional soft pants brand and 1080 lifestyle poster — without overwriting Kind Cub, Hushgrove, Nightbell, Merrilup, or Stridekin.

Solution

We invented Teal Nest Soft Soft Pants, rebuilt hierarchy around TEAL NEST → Soft Soft Pants, and validated exactly 1080×1080 artwork; kind-cub-soft-day-pants and hushgrove-* neighbour slugs left untouched.
