Description
Nexfold is a fictional compact-power brand for RapidPort 30, a 30W USB-C PD wall charger built for travel-ready everyday charging. We redesigned a white hang-tab retail carton with disciplined NEXFOLD wordmark, RapidPort 30 product line, matte black charger hero render, and a side column of generic device-safe icons — then staged open-box flatlay energy with inner tray, coiled white USB-C cable, quick-start manuals, and floating adapter props outside the dieline with exterior badges for 30W GaN Fast Charge, USB-C PD Ready, Compact Fold Plug, Device-Safe Protection, and Travel-Ready Pack so the collection tile reads as clean tech-minimal retail theatre, clearly distinct from gaming-controller and smartwatch carton neighbours.

Ideation concept
White cube confidence as the shelf signal: hang-tab retail presence, open-box unboxing theatre, and a quiet 3×3 feature icon grid on the flat lid — phone, tablet, laptop, earbuds as generic silhouettes, never third-party console marks. Outside the dieline, floating charger, cable coil, manual cards, and margin callouts — Charge Smarter. Travel Lighter., Perfect for On the Go — lift a compact charger carton into an enriched electronics poster without PowerCore, Anker, or Greek placeholder copy on the artwork.
Problem statement
Compact charger packaging often clones familiar white hang-tab carton formulas with third-party GaN branding and placeholder feature bullets in non-English copy, or collapses into bare white packshots that read like generic electronics kits. The brief needed an original fictional power-accessories brand, redesigned hang-tab carton with clear English feature stories, open-box flatlay staging, and a square 1080 enriched lifestyle poster with tech props and external typography — distinct from gaming peripherals and wearable window cartons.
Solution
We invented Nexfold and RapidPort 30, rebuilt hierarchy around NEXFOLD lock-up → RapidPort 30 → 30W USB-C Fast Charging → side icon grid, and validated an exactly 1080×1080 enriched lifestyle packshot with floating adapter, cable, manuals, and margin callouts outside the pack. Packaging, electronics, and custom-electronics tags mark the work for collection filters.
