Leaf & Root needed packaging that felt wholesome without tipping into another green-leaf cliché. The suite uses soft colour stories and consistent structure across flavour SKUs on matte white pouches.

Ideation concept
Botanical calm meets snack energy: pastel-led flavour worlds, cassava root as a quiet motif, and a brand mark that stays stable while colours shift across the range.
Problem statement
Plant-based snacks often look interchangeable — same greens, same leaves. The brand needed shelf differentiation and a system that could scale to multiple flavours without redesigning from scratch.
Solution
We established a fixed architecture with flavour colour plates on white matte bags. Photography and ingredient cues carry the root-vegetable story; the logo and claim bar stay constant so the range always looks like one family.
