Description
Alphora is a fictional kids educational-toy house for BrightBoard Magnets: a redesigned cobalt-blue retail carton with subtle tone-on-tone alphabet pattern, sunny lemon side panels, original teal owl-with-letter-A mark, bubbly multicolored BrightBoard Magnets title, AGE 3+ magnet badge, and feature pills for A–Z / a–z / 0–9 / symbols / storage tray / mini whiteboard — never Smart Panda, Azure Prism Limited, Watford addresses, or lot-code chrome. We staged the finished pack (with optional open-base magnet tray) as hero, then floated colorful magnetic letters and numbers, a mini whiteboard with marker, wooden alphabet blocks, and soft classroom props outside the carton with exterior badges for Magnetic Fun, Mini Whiteboard Inside, Ages 3+, and Alphabet + Numbers so the collection tile reads as bright learn-through-play packaging theatre, clearly distinct from Frunzoo kids smoothie pouches, Growvelle stage-milk cartons, Sunnora kids cough syrups, Ellivra kids herbal teas, Blossette kids hang tags, and household or food packaging neighbours shipping in parallel.

Ideation concept
Keep children's educational magnet-set carton energy, blue letter-pattern face + yellow side panels, bubbly multicolor product title, AGE 3+ magnet badge, feature-icon row, and mini-whiteboard storytelling as the concept — but invent Alphora as the brand spine with BrightBoard Magnets hierarchy and an original owl-letter mark (never Smart Panda panda lockups, Azure Prism manufacturer panels, or dieline presentation sheets as the hero). Outside the dieline, floating magnets/whiteboard/blocks plus exterior headline Learn. Stick. Play. lift a finished pack into a Colgate-style enriched 1080 lifestyle poster without third-party toy trademarks, real UK addresses, or studio watermarks.
Problem statement
Kids magnetic letter-kit boards often lock real brand names (Smart Panda), clone blue/yellow dieline presentation sheets with manufacturer Watford addresses and lot codes into portfolio art, or collapse into bare pack-on-white crops that hide play theatre. The brief needed an original fictional educational-toy brand, redesigned cobalt/lemon carton hierarchy treating the finished pack as hero (not a flat dieline sheet), and a square 1080 enriched lifestyle poster with floating magnet props and external typography — distinct from kids food pouches, dairy quartets, OTC syrups, hang tags, and household packaging neighbours shipping in parallel.
Solution
We invented Alphora, rebuilt hierarchy around owl-A mark → ALPHORA → BrightBoard Magnets → AGE 3+ magnet badge → feature pill row → mini-whiteboard story, and validated an exactly 1080×1080 enriched lifestyle packshot: finished carton as hero, floating letter/number/whiteboard props, and Learn. Stick. Play. margin callouts outside the dieline. Packaging and mockup-presentation tags mark the work for collection filters; artwork forced to precisely 1080×1080 with no Smart Panda, Azure Prism, Watford address, lot code, dieline chrome, or watermark text; Frunzoo, Growvelle, Sunnora, Ellivra, Blossette, and parallel household/food neighbour slugs untouched.
