Trade Soft Silk Path Tea
Terracotta soft tea canisters with Silk Soft Route callouts.
Client Trade Soft
Description
Trade Soft is a fictional heritage tea house for Soft Silk Path Tea: redesigned terracotta ripple-textured circular canisters with gold narrative frames, TRADE SOFT wordmark, and Soft History Brew cue — never Tea Horse Road trademark chrome or cloned Chinese packaging locks as portfolio identity. We staged the duo as hero in a warm tea salon under amber light, then floated tea leaves, porcelain cup, cinnamon, and gold motif scrap outside the packs with exterior badges for Silk Soft Route, Gold Soft Frame, and Terracotta Soft Tin so the collection tile reads as trade-route tea lifestyle theatre, clearly distinct from Petal Ridge bloom tins, Husk Sip coco tea, and Path Soft neighbours. Soft tea language only — no watermarks, phones, emails, URLs, QR codes, ORDER NOW bars, @handles, or YOUR BRAND placeholders.

From brief to designed solution
Ideation concept
Keep terracotta narrative tea-canister energy as the concept — invent Trade Soft with Soft Silk Path hierarchy (never Tea Horse Road clones). Outside the dieline, floating leaf/cup props plus Silk Soft Route lift into a Colgate-style 1080 lifestyle poster. Soft claims only.
Problem statement
Heritage tea canisters often lock real Tea Horse Road identities into barren maroon crops. The brief needed an original fictional tea brand, redesigned soft silk-path duo, and a square 1080 enriched lifestyle poster — without overwriting Petal Ridge, Husk Sip, or Path Soft neighbours.
Solution
We invented Trade Soft Soft Silk Path Tea, rebuilt hierarchy around TRADE SOFT → Soft Silk Path Tea → Silk Soft Route, and validated an exactly 1080×1080 enriched lifestyle packshot; petal-ridge-lotus-soft-bloom, husk-sip-coco-shell-tea-trio, and parallel neighbour slugs left untouched.
