Description
Puffora is a fictional flavoured popcorn house built as a redesigned four-SKU stand-up pouch line: Cheese Chase in violet, Sea Salt Spark in cobalt, Smoky Ham in cherry red, and Butter Cloud in lime. Each gloss pouch carries a white slab PUFFORA lockup, bold POPCORN wordmark, curved flavour name, floating flavour icons, and an original monochrome monster whose clear mouth window reveals real fluffy popcorn — then stages floating kernels, cheese cubes, salt crystals, ham slices, and butter pats outside the packs with margin badges for Window Mouth Reveal, Four Flavor Family, Crunch You Can See, and Movie-Night Ready so the collection tile reads as playful popcorn theatre, clearly distinct from Krc&Ko trademarks and neighbouring chip, namkeen, and character-window gummy pouch concepts.

Ideation concept
Keep multi-SKU colour coding, cute monster-plus-window popcorn energy, floating flavour icons, and action-line spark as the concept — but invent Puffora as the brand world with original monster silhouettes and flavour names (Cheese Chase / Sea Salt Spark / Smoky Ham / Butter Cloud). Outside the dielines, floating popcorn and flavour props plus exterior lines — PUFFORA · SEE THE FLUFF. and GOBBLE THE POP. TASTE THE SHOW. — lift the quartet into a Colgate-style enriched 1080 poster without Krc&Ko identity or studio watermarks.
Problem statement
Flavoured popcorn multi-SKU boards often lock third-party snack trademarks and cloned monster-window artwork into portfolio decks, or collapse into bare bag crops that hide line energy. The brief needed an original fictional popcorn brand, redesigned four-flavour pouch system with original mascots, and a square 1080 enriched lifestyle poster with floating props and external typography — distinct from Masaflare chip trios, Chavora namkeen, Yolkora crisps, and Chomvelle character-window gummy neighbours shipping in parallel.
Solution
We invented Puffora, rebuilt hierarchy around PUFFORA → POPCORN → flavour name → monster mouth window reveal, and validated an exactly 1080×1080 enriched lifestyle packshot: full four-pouch set as hero, floating popcorn and flavour props, and margin callouts outside the dielines. Packaging and snacks/FMCG tags mark the work for collection filters; artwork forced to precisely 1080×1080 with no Krc&Ko or watermark text.
