Cupelle Teacup Canister Suite

Cupelle Teacup Canister Suite

Teacup-form structural tea canisters — round and cubic mug bodies with dual metallic handles.

Client Cupelle

Description

Cupelle is a fictional premium tea concept built around structural packaging that behaves like a mug on the counter. We designed round pedestaled and cubic tapered canister bodies, each with a side C-handle and arched lid carry handle, then mapped four flavour worlds — Blueberry Vale, Mint Grove, Hibiscus Ember, and Lemon Sun — with original botanical line art and metallic hardware matched to each colourway.

Design storytelling

From brief to designed solution

Structure as ritual: the pack is the vessel. A clean four-canister hero lineup reads form and flavour before fine print; floating blueberries, mint, hibiscus blooms, and lemon zest sit outside the packs; exterior callouts carry “Teacup Form. Flavour Ritual.” and round-plus-cubic badges so the collection tile sells theatre and system together — distinct from sleeve-over-base infusion tins.

Loose-leaf tea canisters often look like pantry tins with stickers. The brief needed memorable structural packaging — teacup silhouette with true mug handles — plus a scalable botanical colour system that stays premium on a lifestyle packshot without collapsing into an unreadable technical sheet.

We invented Cupelle with a steaming-cup mark, redesigned round and cubic mug-form canisters with dual-handle hardware, and composed a 1080×1080 enriched lineup: four large readable SKUs, floating flavour props outside the packs, and margin headlines. Face hierarchy stays brand → flavour; patterns wrap the body without boxing the products into a dense 8-up grid.
