Description
Kaivora is a fictional clinical-natural haircare brand for Root Serum hair growth treatment. We redesigned a deep chocolate carton with vertical gold brand lock-up, luminous gold drop graphic, clean free-from claims strip, and an amber dropper with black bulb and gold collar — distinct from oil-bottle neighbours and from competitor scalp-serum clones.

Ideation concept
Dark brown as the premium shelf signal; metallic gold for drop, type, and hardware; vertical KAIVORA as the brand spine. Lifestyle space carries floating amla, bhringraj/herb roots, and serum droplets plus exterior lines — Root density ritual, Botanical scalp care, Clinical-natural finish — so the poster sells ritual beyond the dieline.
Problem statement
Scalp serums often either clone heritage oil bottles or paste clinical claims onto generic brown cartons. The brief needed an original brand world, hair-growth treatment clarity, and silicone/paraben/mineral-oil-free signalling without proprietary-medicine legal copy.
Solution
We invented Kaivora, rebuilt carton and dropper hierarchy around vertical brand → gold drop → Root Serum → clean-claims strip → Ayurvedic scalp serum footer, and validated a square enriched 1080 packshot with props and callouts outside the packs. Packaging and haircare tags lock collection filters; artwork forced to exactly 1080×1080.
