Spud Soft is a fictional plant-chip snack house for Soft Sprout Plant Chips: a redesigned potato-silhouette kraft pouch with leaf-sprout die-cut topper, SPUD SOFT wordmark, Soft Sprout hierarchy, oval chip window, and Soft Plant Chip Soft Leaf Sprout Soft Oven Bake cues — never Green Crunch trademarks, MODERN LOGO placeholders, FSSAI chrome, barcodes, QR codes, phones, emails, or ORDER NOW bars. We staged the sculptural pouch as hero on pale wood, then floated potato, wedge, chips, and leaves outside the pack with exterior badges for Soft Window Chip, Soft Leaf Top, and Soft Plant Crunch so the collection tile reads as soft sprout plant-chip lifestyle theatre, clearly distinct from Yolkora egg crisps, Masaflare chip trios, and neighbouring snack packs. Soft claims only.

Ideation concept

Keep potato-shaped plant-chip pouch energy, leaf sprout topper, chip window, and soft plant storytelling as the concept — but invent Spud Soft as the brand spine with Soft Sprout hierarchy (never Green Crunch lockups). Outside the dieline, floating potato-chip props plus Soft Sprout. Green Crunch Soft. lift the pouch into a Colgate-style enriched 1080 lifestyle poster.

Problem statement

Potato die-cut chip boards often lock Green Crunch marks and clone sprout-pouch art into portfolio decks. The brief needed an original fictional soft sprout plant-chip brand, redesigned sculptural pouch hierarchy, and a square 1080 enriched lifestyle poster — without overwriting Yolkora, Masaflare, or parallel neighbours.

Solution

We invented Spud Soft Sprout Plant Chips, rebuilt hierarchy around leaf topper → SPUD SOFT → Soft Sprout Plant Chips → Soft Window Chip, and validated an exactly 1080×1080 enriched lifestyle packshot with Soft Sprout. Green Crunch Soft. margin callouts; neighbouring snack slugs left untouched.
