Mint-sage Soft Balance mood carton with floating botanical theatre and Soft Balance. Quiet Day. callouts.
Client Quill Calm
Description
Quill Calm is a fictional gentle mood-wellness house for Soft Balance Daily Soft Mood Balance Tablets: a redesigned white matte carton with soft mint–sage calm panel, original quill-leaf crest, QUILL CALM wordmark, SOFT BALANCE hierarchy, Daily Soft Mood Balance Tablets cue, Supports everyday calm focus* soft-claim line, and 10×10 Tablets footing — never Narson Pharmaceuticals, Flupentixol/Melitracen molecule branding, psychotropic clinical ads, distressed-patient scare illustration clones, YOUR BRAND panels, phones, emails, QR codes, or Schedule H chrome. We staged the carton as hero on cream linen under soft daylight, then floated mint-green tablets, fresh mint, lavender sprigs, and soft geometric crystals outside the pack with exterior badges for Everyday Calm Focus, Soft Mood Ritual, and Gentle Daily Soft so the collection tile reads as peaceful soft-supplement mood packaging theatre rather than real psychotropic drug advertising. Soft packaging fiction only. No Narson Group, contacts, Instagram handles, or copyright bars appear as client identity in copy or artwork.

Design storytelling
From brief to designed solution
Ideation concept
Keep calm/balance tablet carton energy, mint–sage clinical-soft atmosphere, and everyday calm-focus storytelling as the concept — but invent Quill Calm as the brand spine with Soft Balance hierarchy and an original quill-leaf crest (never Narson lockups, Flupentixol/Melitracen branding, distressed-patient clones, or contact footers). Outside the dieline, floating tablet/mint/lavender props plus exterior headline Soft Balance. Quiet Day. lift the carton into a Colgate-style enriched 1080 lifestyle poster. Soft everyday calm language only — portfolio fiction, not psychotropic medicine advertising.
Problem statement
Mental-wellness tablet boards often lock manufacturing promo names (Narson), brand real psychotropic molecules as the pack face, clone distressed-patient clinical art with phones/emails/QR bars, and leave hard medicine claim walls in portfolio decks. The brief needed an original fictional gentle mood-balance Soft Balance brand, redesigned carton hierarchy treating the pack as hero, soft calm-focus storytelling (never real psychotropic advertising), and a square 1080 enriched lifestyle poster — distinct from Quiet Node Soft Neuro, Nest Soft Morn Calm, Soft Beacon Calm Continuum, and parallel neighbours.
Solution
We invented Quill Calm Soft Balance, rebuilt hierarchy around quill-leaf crest → QUILL CALM → SOFT BALANCE → Daily Soft Mood Balance Tablets → Supports everyday calm focus* → 10×10 Tablets, and validated an exactly 1080×1080 enriched lifestyle packshot: carton as hero, floating mint/lavender/tablet props, and Soft Balance. Quiet Day. margin callouts outside the dieline. Packaging and pharmaceutical/wellness tags mark the work for collection filters; artwork forced to precisely 1080×1080 with no Narson, Flupentixol, Melitracen, Schedule H clones, phones, emails, QR, Instagram, or watermark identity; quiet-node-soft-neuro-tablets, nest-soft-morn-calm-tablets, and parallel neighbour slugs left untouched.
