Description

Thornwick is a fictional premium men's grooming brand for Classic Beard Oil. We redesigned a matte black tall retail carton with an original silver-white art-deco hex lattice on the side panel, paired with a warm amber glass dropper bottle, black bulb, and silver hatch label band — staged on studio white with walnut comb, brass scissors, linen, and cedar props outside the packs so the collection tile reads as refined beard ritual care, distinct from face-serum and hair-oil dropper neighbours.

From brief to designed solution

Black and amber as the premium grooming spine; a small hex crest mark as the brand signal; silver diagonal hatch on the label and an original European-heritage geometric side lattice (not cultural-appropriative pattern). Outside the dieline, sparse grooming props and thin poster lines — Classic Beard Ritual, Soft shine & daily control, Heritage grooming refined — turn the packshot into a square enriched poster without absolute miracle claims.

Men's beard oils often either clone heritage amber-dropper tropes or borrow geometric side patterns from specific cultural traditions. The brief needed an original fictional brand, a redesigned black carton plus amber dropper system, tasteful gentleman grooming copy, and a collection-ready 1080 enriched packshot clearly distinct from face HA serums and scalp hair oils.

We invented Thornwick, rebuilt carton and dropper hierarchy around hex crest → wordmark → classic beard oil line, and validated an exactly 1080×1080 enriched lifestyle packshot with grooming props and exterior headlines outside the packs. Packaging and men's grooming tags mark the work for collection filters; artwork forced to precisely 1080×1080.
