Hedivra is a fictional OTC airway-care house for AirClear Ivy Cough Syrup: a redesigned white-and-teal adult pharmacy carton with coral IVY LEAF EXTRACT banner, HEDIVRA wordmark, geometric ivy-plus-airflow mark, AIRCLEAR hierarchy, original lung-as-ivy-vein respiratory silhouette (never glowing star-lung clones), Cherry Flavor ribbon, Dietary Supplement clarity, Alcohol-Free · Sugar-Free · No Colorants footer, and 100 ml with measuring-cup cue — never Touxcare, Edelweiss LABORATOIRES, or bilingual FR/AR claim-table chrome copied as-is. English-primary face with a brief bilingual-market note only in storytelling. We staged the carton as hero, then floated fresh ivy leaves, ripe cherries, amber syrup bottle, dosing cup, soft steam, and cool mist spheres outside the pack with exterior badges for Ivy Leaf Extract, Alcohol-Free Formula, Cherry Soft Sip, and Pharmacy Ready 100 ml so the collection tile reads as clinical OTC cherry-breath lifestyle theatre, clearly distinct from Sunnora kids cough syrups, Menthora menthol blister cards, Zephyra nasal sprays, Algivra mint unidose sachets, Hushivra gripe water, and neighbouring OTC packs shipping in parallel.

Ideation concept
Keep white/teal/coral clinical OTC energy, adult ivy-leaf cough syrup carton format, respiratory silhouette storytelling, cherry flavor cue, and alcohol/sugar/colorant-free claims as the concept — but invent Hedivra as the brand spine with AirClear hierarchy and a redesigned ivy-airflow mark plus lung-as-ivy-vein art (never Touxcare lockups, Edelweiss LABORATOIRES marks, or FR/AR nutrition grids cloned as-is). Outside the dieline, floating ivy/cherry/bottle/cup props plus exterior headline Clear Airways. Soft Cherry Calm. lift a single carton into a Colgate-style enriched 1080 lifestyle poster without third-party cough trademarks or studio watermarks.
Problem statement
Ivy cough-syrup boards often lock real brand names (Touxcare / Edelweiss LABORATOIRES), clone white-teal-red lung carton art with FR/AR panels as-is, and barren pack-on-white crops into portfolio decks. The brief needed an original fictional adult ivy cough brand, redesigned carton hierarchy with AirClear storytelling, and a square 1080 enriched lifestyle poster with floating ivy/cherry props and external typography — distinct from Sunnora kids cough syrups, menthol blister inhalers, allergy nasal sprays, digestive sachets, gripe-water bottles, and other OTC packaging neighbours shipping in parallel.
Solution
We invented Hedivra AirClear, rebuilt hierarchy around ivy-airflow mark → HEDIVRA → IVY LEAF EXTRACT → AIRCLEAR → Cough Syrup · Adult Care → Clears Airways → Cherry Flavor → Alcohol-Free · Sugar-Free · No Colorants → 100 ml, and validated an exactly 1080×1080 enriched lifestyle packshot: hero carton, floating ivy/cherry/bottle/cup props, and Clear Airways. Soft Cherry Calm. margin callouts outside the dieline. Packaging and pharmaceutical tags mark the work for collection filters; artwork forced to precisely 1080×1080 with no Touxcare, Edelweiss LABORATOIRES, or watermark identity; Sunnora, Menthora, Zephyra, Algivra, Hushivra, and parallel OTC neighbour slugs untouched.
