Description
Nuvora Soft is a fictional baby-care brand for Cloud Nest stage diapers. We redesigned a soft-touch pastel-blue pack with white cloud motifs, a quiet oval wordmark, and a gentle illustrated sleeping-baby-on-cloud hero (illustration, not photoreal CGI), paired with a five-high size-coded folded diaper stack — numbered pastel bands for stages 1–5. Soft cotton clouds, felt stars, and a wooden bunny sit outside the pack with exterior lines for Cloud Nest Comfort, Size-coded soft stages, and Gentle overnight dryness so the collection tile reads as nursery calm rather than commodity diaper photography.

From brief to designed solution
Ideation concept
Cloud comfort as the shelf signal: powder-blue film, white cloud pattern, Soft Nest storytelling, and a clear size-stage ladder on the diaper stack. Keep face art soft and illustrated so the parenting category feels tender without uncanny infant faces. Outside the pack, cotton tufts, felt stars, and a tiny wooden bunny plus thin margin callouts carry lifestyle energy beyond the soft-pack dieline.
Problem statement
Baby diaper soft packs often clone the same pastel-blue cloud look or lead with hyper-real CGI infants that feel uncanny on shelf and in portfolio tiles. The brief needed an original fictional brand, a refreshed Cloud Nest pack system with readable stage colour-coding, and a square enriched lifestyle poster with props and headlines outside the pack — tasteful packing photography for parenting FMCG.
Solution
We invented Nuvora Soft, rebuilt hierarchy around Cloud Nest + illustrated cloud hero + size-coded stage stack, and validated an exactly 1080×1080 enriched lifestyle packshot: nursery props and external headlines outside the soft pack. Packaging and baby-care tags mark the work for collection filters; artwork forced to precisely 1080×1080.
